The Vision Navigation software is an extremely helpful tool for helping teams reach their goals. For both process improvement and strategic plan implementation, the Vision Navigation software helps break big goals into small achievable outcomes and tasks. This sets teams up for a successful implementation experience, helps communicate across multiple project teams and provides accountability support. It's a key tool in our toolbox for empowering growth and improvement at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

The introduction of the Vision Navigation Software has been a game-changer in managing multiple volunteer working groups. The software's intuitive design and seamless integration into our workflow have enhanced our ability to track progress, collaborate in real-time, and adapt our strategies dynamically. Features, such as automatic progress updates and virtual collaboration tools, have made it easier for our team and volunteers to stay aligned and accountable. I wholeheartedly recommend Vision Navigation Software for any strategic planning effort. Having Professional Growth Systems guide us through our planning process allowed us to achieve measurable goals with large groups of community volunteers. PGS has been an invaluable partner in our strategic journey, guiding us through the complexities of growth and innovation with confidence and clarity.

As a scientist who is managing several complex multi-year projects at a time, Vision Navigation is so valuable for breaking down each project into actionable steps that can be easily tracked, adjusted, and can be viewed real time by other members of my team eliminating the need to send tedious updates on project progress. Also, the Foundation and Toolbox tabs document our ongoing internal discussions on our values, purpose, lessons learned and opportunities/threats making it readily accessible for uses outside of strategic planning. This is information that has been approved by our whole team and elected officials, which provides guidance on potential projects to pursue and language to use in grant proposals.

Vision Navigation has truly been a trusted partner in supporting positive change within our department by empowering staff to lead projects while increasing leadership competency, positive accountability, and long-term goal achievement. Their expertise and support has been vital to our success.

The Vision Navigation process and the software tool have been most helpful in support of strategic planning at the International Arctic Research Center. We have around 150 different projects underway at any one time. Vision Navigation helped us develop and then track key strategic efforts and resulting outcomes across these different activities as part of a multi-year process. The Vision Navigation team has been very supportive over the past couple of years that we've been engaged in the strategic planning process.
